Strawberry Avocado Pasta Salad
- 50g strawberries
- 50g Avocado
- 50g pasta (ribbons)
- 5g fresh mint
- 100g mix leaf salad
- 10ml Balsamic Reduction
Method
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain and cool pasta.
- Add cold pasta to a salad bowl, toss with salad leaves, strawberries, avocado, fresh mint, and balsamic reduction.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
