Roast Veg
- Suggested veg: Onion, peppers, courgettes, aubergines, carrots
- 50ml balsamic reduction.
- 20ml veg oil
Method
- Roughly chop veg
- Add veg to roasting tray, mix through with balsamic reduction and oil.
- Cook in preheated oven until soft and golden.
