Mushroom and Goat Cheese Crostini
- Sliced mushrooms (100g)
- 100g goat cheese
- 1 ciabatta, halved.
- Balsamic Reduction
Method
- Halve ciabatta, quarter pieces
- Sautee sliced mushrooms and spread over ciabatta evenly
- Crumble goats cheese over mushrooms and drizzle over balsamic
- Cook in pre heated oven, 190° C until golden.
