Glazed Salmon

  • 2 fillets of salmon 150-200g
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • 20ml balsamic reduction

Method

  1. Pat salmon dry
  2. Marinade in a bowl with lemon juice and balsamic reduction
  3. Pan fry salmon in pie heated pan on medium heat, 3 mins each side.
